How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping usually 2-4 weeks if you order it to be shipped. However, we can provide you with a FREE download of your song if you request it so you can have your music for your special day.

Download only orders will be processed within business hours and you will receive an email from us with the link where you can download your music.

If you order a personalized song " download only" and it's on our list , you will receive an email from us during business hours with the download link. If you song is NOT on our list, it will take up to 4 days to receive your special song.

If my child's name is NOT on the list, how long does it take to record?
Please give up to 4 days. However, we will work with you in every way we can.

Once I place my order, can I download right away?
If we receive your order within business hours, then yes, but it's not an immediate download. You will receive an email from us with the link where you can download your music.

Please MAKE SURE that your Paypal account email address is active. This will hinder you getting your order on time. Due to the high volume of business that we do, some email filters may consider us spam. If you are waiting for a reply for a download or other important information about your order, we may
have already responded, and our email may be sitting in your trash or spam folder. PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRASH AND BULK FOLDERS FOR OUR EMAILS. Please add contact@soulkeepermusic.com to your email address book to avoid this problem.
